The Travertine desk is the quieter counterpart to the New York marble desk the same form, the same fully stone-encapsulated construction, the same two full-width side-by-side drawers running the length of the desk. The difference is in what the stone brings to the room.

Travertine Navona is quarried near Rome the same stone used in the construction of St Peter's Basilica and the facades of some of Rome's most enduring civic buildings. It is a fine-grained, cream-toned travertine with warm ivory and walnut layering that runs horizontally across the surface. This desk is filled and honed to a smooth matte finish, giving the working surface a silky, even texture that is practical for daily use.

Where the New York marble makes a statement, the Travertine Navona grounds a room. The warm, organic tones work with timber floors, natural linen, warm plaster walls, and brass hardware. It is the right choice for a home office that should feel like a retreat calm, considered, and built to last rather than a power statement.

The desk, drawers and legs are all cut from the same block of Travertine Navona. There is no mixed material, no timber frame, no metal. Entirely stone from surface to floor.
