Items purchased from Elsa Home and Beauty online are subject to the relevant delivery fees. Our reliable 3rd party transport organization will deliver your order during business hours and you will be provided with ample notice
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
As you may already be aware, many companies are experiencing supply chain issues as a result of the current Global Shipping Crisis. This is creating more variability around order delivery dates. Unfortunately, in some instances, this is out of our hands however please be assured that we are closely working together with our network of suppliers to monitor shipments and ensure expedited delivery to our valued clients.
The delivery fees provided to you will be displayed prior to checking out so please reivew these before you confirm your order and complete the purchase.
As Elsa Home & Beauty sources products from Italy and Greater Europe (many of which are handcrafted by local artisans) our pieces are not always “in stock”. They must be specially ordered from our suppliers. The approximate lead time for the pieces that are not “in stock” is around 4-5 weeks, unless otherwise stated.
Items that are "In Stock" are available for immediate dispatch.
The customer is responsible to ensure that the space measurements match the products purchased. Elsa Home and Beauty is not responsible for furniture items that cant be delivered safely or does not fit in the required space due to limitation of the delivery address. Our third-party logistic team will determine whether or not a delivery can take place due to access.
All goods will be delivered to the customer's door unless the customer selects the White Glove Service at the time of purchase. With the White Glove Service, our team will not only deliver the goods to your residence but will also set them up as requested and remove any packaging and debris for disposal. Please ensure that you choose the appropriate service based on your delivery needs.
We will deliver your order to you on the understanding that clear and safe access has been provided. If it becomes evident that a delivery is unable to take place or you are not at home, you will be charged additional fees for re delivery. Elsa Home and Beauty will not provide refunds when delivery is unsuccessful due to poor access.
