Stone being a natural product may contain fissures, cracks, holes and pits. These are not faults and are inherit within the stone which stems from the time the block is extracted from the mountains in the quarry it comes from. Whilst this product pictured is the exact product you will be receiving with the purchase, photos taken may show a slightly different representation due to angles and lighting used during photography.

Materials & Finishes

Carrara marble has been quarried from the Apuan Alps in Tuscany since antiquity it is the stone used by Michelangelo for David, by ancient Rome for its public buildings, and by architects and designers continuously for over two thousand years. Its longevity as a material of choice is not purely aesthetic. Carrara is a dense, hard metamorphic stone formed under extreme heat and pressure, and it wears well in daily use including the wet, high-traffic environment of a bathroom vanity.

The stone is characterised by a white to off-white base with grey veining that ranges from fine and delicate to broader, more defined strokes depending on the specific block. The veining runs through the full depth of the marble it is a geological feature of the stone, not a surface pattern. Every slab is unique. The intensity and distribution of veining on your vanity top will be specific to the block it was cut from, consistent with but not identical to the product photography.

The marble top and integrated basin are finished to a honed matte surface. Honed Carrara has a smooth, tactile quality that diffuses light softly across the veining rather than reflecting it sharply. In a bathroom context, a honed finish also shows less water marking than a polished surface a practical consideration for a daily-use vanity top. The finish does not affect the durability of the stone.

The three-drawer cabinet is crafted from sustainably sourced walnut veneer. Walnut is selected for its warmth, grain character, and stability it provides a visual counterpoint to the cool white marble above and ages well in a bathroom environment when kept dry. The exterior surfaces are naturally finished to preserve the grain. While the walnut veneer is sealed for protection, avoid prolonged exposure to standing water — wipe spills immediately and keep the cabinet surface dry.

The Carrara Wall Mounted Vanity Unit combines a solid Carrara marble top and integrated basin with a three-drawer walnut veneer cabinet a wall-hung vanity designed for bathrooms where natural material quality and storage function need to coexist without compromise.

The marble top and basin are cut from a single piece of Carrara marble, honed to a smooth matte finish. The integrated basin sits flush within the stone surface — there is no join between basin and countertop, no grout line, and no secondary material at the point of use. The Carrara marble is sourced from Tuscany, Italy, and presents as a clean white base with subtle grey veining one of the most versatile stone palettes available, working equally well against warm timber wall panels, cool grey tiles, and white bathroom finishes.

The three-drawer cabinet is crafted from sustainably sourced walnut veneer, finished naturally to retain the grain and warmth of the timber. The combination of white marble and walnut is deliberate cool stone at the top, warm timber below and is one of the defining material pairings in contemporary bathroom design. Drawers are soft-close.

Wall-mounted installation keeps the floor clear beneath the vanity the practical result is a bathroom that feels larger and is easier to clean, with the option to add under-vanity lighting to the floor space if desired.
